Sapporo Ramen & Sushi started back in 1990 at Porter Square in Cambridge MA with a simple idea: to bring fresh Japanese meals to the community. Since then, we've relocated to Canal Side Food Hall at 100 Cambridgeside Place and later expanded to HMart, 581 Massachusetts Avenue. Our goal has always been to offer great Ramen and Sushi in a welcoming place for everyone.
Our Love for Japanese Cooking and Tradition
The idea came from a love of Japanese cooking and a wish to share it with the local community. Our recipes reflect real flavors inspired by traditions from Japan. The broth is prepared from chicken and fresh vegetables, carefully boiled over high heat for more than 10 hours to create a unique and authentic Ramen.
